Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions

- Triage, stabilize, and initiate emergency protocols for patients with acute deterioration while coordinating transfer to higher-acuity care (EMS/ED), including implementation of BLS/ACLS/PALS algorithms and accurate handoff documentation.
