Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead the strategic design and execution of an enterprise-level usability research program that informs product roadmaps and prioritizes user experience improvements across multiple product lines.
- Define and implement a multi-year research strategy and roadmap, aligning usability research goals to company KPIs, product objectives, and customer success outcomes.
- Hire, develop, and scale a high-performing usability research team (researchers, operations, coordinators) including recruitment, performance management, and career development plans.
- Design and run generative and evaluative studies (contextual inquiry, diary studies, usability testing, ethnography, surveys, card sorts) to surface user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities.
