Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead and manage a small team of UX/product designers, providing coaching, performance feedback, career development, and resource planning to deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Define and communicate UX strategy and product design roadmap in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and marketing to align user experience goals with business KPIs.
- Own the end-to-end UX design process for multiple features: user research, discovery workshops, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and handoff to engineering.
