Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end usability test plans (moderated and unmoderated) across web, mobile, and native platforms to validate user flows, task completion, and information architecture, ensuring tests are statistically meaningful and aligned with product goals.

  • Run accessibility testing and audits against WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards using assistive technologies (screen readers like NVDA/VoiceOver, keyboard-only navigation, color contrast tools) and provide concrete remediation guidance for development teams.
  • Synthesize quantitative analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) with qualitative usability findings to produce unified reports that link observed behaviors to measurable product KPIs like conversion rate, task success, and retention.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.

Preferred Education:

  • Master’s degree in HCI, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related discipline, or professional certifications in UX research, accessibility (IAAP CPACC/ACCP), or usability testing.
