Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary UX team (product designers, interaction designers, UX researchers, and content designers), setting clear goals, career development plans, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing design organization.

Educational Background
Minimum Education:
