Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Spearhead the coordination and execution of value-based initiatives, ensuring projects align with strategic goals and are delivered on time and within scope.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, pinpoint operational inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for value enhancement.
- Develop, manage, and continuously refine performance dashboards and reporting tools to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into value-stream metrics.

- Construct detailed business cases, compelling cost-benefit analyses, and robust ROI models to justify and prioritize new initiatives.
- Lead the documentation and visualization of current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") processes using standard methodologies like value stream mapping.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and progress reports to senior management, clearly articulating findings, project status, and strategic recommendations.
- Champion a pervasive culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and dependencies, and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Translate complex business needs and value drivers into clear, actionable requirements for data engineering and analytics teams.
- Manage the central repository of documentation, best practices, and lessons learned for all value analysis projects.
- Perform root cause analysis on performance gaps or process failures to inform corrective and preventive actions.
- Engage directly with clients, partners, or internal stakeholders to understand their core needs and define what "value" means to them.
- Drive the successful adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies that enhance the organization's ability to measure and create value.
