Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Proactively engage with, greet, and build rapport with customers entering the dealership to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Conduct thorough needs-analysis conversations with potential buyers to understand their lifestyle, driving habits, feature requirements, and budget.
- Develop and maintain an expert-level, comprehensive knowledge of the dealership's new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, including specifications, features, performance, and available packages.

- Collaborate seamlessly with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department to transition customers for financing, leasing, and warranty discussions.
- Manage the entire vehicle delivery process, including coordinating with the service department for final prep and conducting a detailed feature overview with the new owner.
- Actively prospect and generate new business through phone calls, emails, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Cultivate a strong base of repeat and referral business by providing exceptional post-sale support and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, volume targets, and gross profit metrics established by sales management.
- Guide customers through all required paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness for a smooth and compliant transaction.
- Stay informed on all manufacturer programs, rebates, and incentives to provide customers with the most current and advantageous offers.
