Primary Functions

  • Develop, articulate, and implement comprehensive, forward-thinking sales strategies to achieve and exceed vehicle sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of sales managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous professional development.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with automotive manufacturers, captive finance arms, lending institutions, and other key industry partners to leverage all available programs and resources.
  • Develop and meticulously manage the annual sales department budget, controlling operational expenses while maximizing the return on investment for all sales, marketing, and staffing expenditures.
  • Spearhead the creation and execution of innovative marketing and advertising campaigns in partnership with the marketing team to drive qualified showroom traffic and generate high-quality digital leads.
  • Champion a customer-centric philosophy throughout the entire sales organization, ensuring an exceptional and memorable buying experience that builds long-term customer loyalty and generates positive referrals.
