Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  1. Lead and supervise a team of vendor relations specialists, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance goals.
  2. Develop and implement vendor management strategies that optimize supplier performance and reduce operational risks.
  3. Serve as the escalation point for vendor-related issues, disputes, and contractual conflicts.
