Primary Functions
- Oversee all day-to-day venue operations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service, cleanliness, and overall presentation from opening to closing.

- Oversee the physical integrity and maintenance of the venue, coordinating all planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and cleaning schedules to maintain a first-class facility.
- Ensure the venue is perpetually compliant with all local, state, and federal legal requirements, including food safety, alcohol licensing, fire codes, and accessibility standards (ADA).
- Manage and control inventory levels for all venue assets, including F&B, supplies, and equipment, implementing systems to minimize waste, prevent loss, and optimize stock.
- Prepare and present regular, detailed operational and financial performance reports to senior management, stakeholders, or ownership.
