Primary Functions

- Continuing Education Leadership: Develop and implement a robust continuing education (CE) program for all clinical staff, promoting a culture of lifelong learning and professional development.

Required Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills (Technical)
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD): A degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school is non-negotiable.
- Active State Licensure: Must possess and maintain an active, in-good-standing veterinary license in the relevant state.
- Surgical & Dental Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of soft tissue surgeries, and ideally, advanced dental procedures. Orthopedic skills are a significant plus.
- Advanced Diagnostic Interpretation: Expertise in interpreting complex diagnostics, including digital radiography, ultrasound, and comprehensive lab work.
