Primary Functions

  • Manage the entire video production process from end-to-end, including pre-production (ideation, storyboarding, scriptwriting), production (directing, shooting, lighting, audio), and post-production (editing, color grading, motion graphics, sound mixing).

  • Execute all facets of video post-production, utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite to edit raw footage into a cohesive and engaging final product that meets project specifications.

  • Perform detailed color correction and color grading to ensure a consistent, professional, and cinematic look across all video assets, aligning with brand visual guidelines.
  • Handle all aspects of audio post-production, including dialogue editing, sound mixing, music selection, and sound effect integration to create a rich and immersive auditory experience.
  • Stay at the forefront of video marketing trends, emerging technologies, and new platform-specific formats (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to propose innovative and effective content strategies.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's library of video assets, ensuring all files are properly logged, archived, and easily accessible for future use and repurposing.
  • Create multiple versions of video content tailored and optimized for different distribution channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, effectively tracking expenses and resource allocation to deliver projects on schedule and within financial constraints.
