Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of game design, including core loops, progression systems, and meta-game structures, providing detailed feedback for improvement.

  • Assess and provide feedback on game design documents (GDDs), feature specs, and creative briefs to ensure they are robust, clear, and aligned with project goals.
  • Create detailed player segmentation and persona models to help teams better understand their target audience and tailor the game experience accordingly.
  • Formulate go-to-market strategies, advising on market positioning, target audience, and launch timing to maximize a game's initial impact.
