Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Compose, arrange, and produce high-quality, emotionally resonant original music that aligns perfectly with the game's artistic vision, narrative arcs, and gameplay pacing.
- Design and implement complex, interactive music systems using industry-standard middleware (Wwise, FMOD) to create a dynamic score that reacts seamlessly to player actions, game states, and environmental changes.

- Manage the entire music pipeline from initial concept and composition through to in-engine implementation, bug-fixing, system tuning, and final mixing.
- Score, produce, and mix music for linear media, including cinematic cutscenes, marketing trailers, and promotional content, maintaining a consistent musical brand for the IP.
- Mix and master all musical assets to professional standards, ensuring optimal playback quality, dynamic range, and loudness compliance across a variety of target platforms (PC, console, mobile, and headphones).
- Actively participate in creative discussions, project reviews, and brainstorming sessions, providing expert musical insight to help shape gameplay mechanics, level design, and narrative beats.
- Prototype new interactive music concepts and systems, often working directly with audio programmers to push the creative and technical boundaries of game music.
- Collaborate with the sound design team to ensure a seamless and complementary relationship between the musical score and the game's broader soundscape, avoiding frequency conflicts and creating a unified audio experience.
- Perform final music-focused quality assurance passes on game builds, meticulously identifying and documenting any bugs, mixing issues, or implementation errors prior to release.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Demonstrable mastery of music theory, composition, orchestration, and arrangement across a wide variety of genres relevant to gaming.
