Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and script video projects in close collaboration with marketing, product, and communications teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals and brand messaging.
- Manage all aspects of pre-production, including location scouting, talent coordination, shot list creation, and scheduling to ensure smooth and efficient video shoots.

- Expertly edit raw footage into polished, engaging final products using Adobe Premiere Pro, incorporating music, sound effects, and dialogue to create a cohesive narrative.
- Design and integrate motion graphics, title cards, lower thirds, and other visual effects using Adobe After Effects to enhance the visual appeal and clarity of the video content.
- Perform detailed color correction and color grading to ensure a consistent, professional, and brand-aligned look and feel across all video assets.
- Conduct audio post-production, including dialogue cleanup, sound mixing, and mastering using tools like Adobe Audition to ensure crystal-clear sound quality.
- Manage and organize a large library of digital video assets, raw footage, and completed projects, implementing a clear file structure and archival process for easy retrieval.
- Stay current with the latest video production technologies, industry trends, and social media platform specifications to keep our content fresh, innovative, and optimized for distribution.
- Adapt and reformat video content for various distribution channels, including social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube), websites, and internal platforms, ensuring optimal performance on each.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and maintain a consistent visual style and video branding guide that reflects the organization's identity.
- Film and produce live-streamed events, webinars, and virtual conferences, managing the technical setup for multi-camera switching, audio, and streaming software.
- Provide creative input and technical guidance during project kick-off meetings to ensure video concepts are feasible, on-brand, and achievable within budget and timeline constraints.
