Primary Functions

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of video projects, from the initial creative brief and concept development all the way through to final delivery and post-launch performance analysis.
  • Develop, maintain, and meticulously track comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation schedules, and key milestone deliverables for multiple concurrent video initiatives.
  • Act as the central point of communication between all project stakeholders, including internal creative teams, marketing leads, legal departments, and external production vendors.

  • Manage and track project budgets with precision, handling purchase orders, processing invoices, and providing regular financial reports to ensure projects remain within fiscal constraints.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of video shoots, which can include location scouting, permitting, talent coordination, and equipment rental arrangements.
  • Facilitate key project meetings, including creative kick-offs, stakeholder reviews, and regular status updates, ensuring clear documentation and actionable next steps.
  • Manage the post-production workflow, including the trafficking of assets, consolidation of feedback from multiple stakeholders, and coordination of revision cycles with editors and animators.
  • Analyze key video performance indicators (KPIs) such as view-through rates, audience retention, click-through rates, and engagement to generate comprehensive performance reports.
  • Translate complex performance data into compelling narratives and actionable insights to guide future video content strategy and creative approaches.
  • Maintain and organize the digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring all video files, project documents, and related assets are properly archived and easily accessible.
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance (QA) checks on all final video deliverables to confirm they meet technical specifications, brand guidelines, and creative objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, and designers to ensure the narrative and visual elements are aligned with the project's strategic goals.
  • Manage relationships with external freelancers and production agencies, from initial vetting and contract negotiation to ongoing performance management.
  • Develop and refine video production workflows and operational processes to enhance team efficiency, scalability, and output quality over time.
  • Ensure all video content adheres to legal and compliance standards, including music licensing, talent releases, and usage rights.
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates and performance dashboards for senior leadership and key executive stakeholders.
