Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Oversee the entire video production process, from concept development and scriptwriting to post-production and final asset delivery, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality output.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive video strategy that aligns with overarching marketing goals, brand identity, and specific campaign objectives.

  • Establish and implement best practices for video production workflows, asset management, and archival processes to improve team efficiency and organization.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for video content and work with analytics teams to measure content effectiveness, reporting on performance and using data to inform future strategies.

  • Project Management Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in tools like Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms for building timelines, tracking tasks, and managing resources.
  • Budgeting and Financial Acumen: Proven ability to create, manage, and reconcile six-figure (or larger) project budgets with a high degree of accuracy.
