Primary Functions

  • Master and adapt the brand's voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all video projects while tailoring the style for different platforms and audiences.
  • Develop powerful hooks and engaging introductions to capture viewer attention within the first 3-5 seconds of a video.
  • Structure scripts with a clear narrative arc, pacing, and flow to maintain viewer engagement and retention from start to finish.
  • Write clear, effective call-to-actions (CTAs) that guide the viewer toward a desired outcome, such as subscribing, visiting a website, or making a purchase.
  • Revise and refine scripts based on constructive feedback from internal stakeholders, clients, and creative leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay current with digital media trends, viral video formats, and platform algorithm changes to propose fresh, relevant, and innovative content ideas.
  • Create detailed storyboards or shot lists in collaboration with the production team to visualize the script and guide filming.
  • Interview subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and external talent to gather unique insights and compelling soundbites for scripts.
