Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence for executives.
