Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and deployment of engaging digital content across multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, while helping to track key performance metrics.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging industry trends, potential partnership opportunities, and customer pain points, summarizing findings in clear, concise reports.

  • Perform data entry, data cleansing, and basic data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets to support business intelligence initiatives and help generate insightful weekly or monthly reports.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, setting up campaigns in platforms like Mailchimp, and analyzing open and click-through rates.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for virtual meetings and webinars, including preparing materials, managing participant lists, and taking detailed meeting minutes.
  • Assist the customer success team by responding to basic customer inquiries, updating customer records in the CRM system, and helping to create support documentation or FAQ articles.
  • Participate actively in team brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for products, services, or process improvements, bringing a fresh perspective to existing challenges.
  • Manage and organize digital assets and documents within a shared drive (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint), ensuring files are correctly named, versioned, and accessible to the team.
