Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of program data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and evaluate the overall effectiveness and impact of key initiatives.

- Develop and maintain complex data models and analytical frameworks to support strategic planning, forecasting, and resource allocation for various virtual programs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on program data, providing guidance and support to team members on data interpretation, analytical best practices, and the effective use of analytics tools.
- Perform regular program health checks and risk assessments, proactively identifying potential issues and developing data-backed mitigation strategies to ensure program objectives are consistently met.
- Lead the design and execution of A/B tests and other experimental frameworks to rigorously measure the impact of program changes and new feature implementations.

- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and program leadership on a regular basis to drive a culture of data-informed decision-making.

- Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning process by providing data-backed forecasts and detailed analysis of historical program performance and emerging market trends.
