Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term strategic vision for all virtual programs, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational objectives and market needs.
  • Provide decisive leadership and mentorship to a geographically dispersed team of program managers, coordinators, and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

  • Assume full P&L responsibility for the program portfolio, developing and managing complex budgets, forecasting resource needs, and ensuring all programs meet financial performance targets.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure program effectiveness, participant engagement, and overall impact.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with a wide range of senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, key funding partners, and strategic allies.
  • Drive the continuous improvement and innovation of program delivery by staying ahead of trends in virtual engagement, educational technology, and remote collaboration tools.
  • Design and implement robust risk management frameworks to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential challenges unique to a virtual program environment.
