Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the complete lifecycle of virtual programs, including webinars, workshops, livestreams, and online training sessions, from conception to post-event reporting.
- Serve as the primary technical producer for live virtual events, managing all production aspects such as speaker transitions, slide advancement, video playback, and interactive elements like polls and Q&A.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to define program objectives, content requirements, and desired audience outcomes.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, run-of-show documents, production schedules, and contingency plans for each virtual program.
- Onboard, train, and conduct technical rehearsals with internal and external speakers to ensure they are confident and proficient with the virtual event technology.
- Curate and manage all pre-event and post-event communications with registrants and attendees, including invitations, reminders, follow-up emails, and satisfaction surveys.
- Act as the main point of contact for attendees on the day of the event, providing real-time technical support and troubleshooting to resolve any access or usability issues.

- Manage the administrative logistics of virtual programs, including scheduling, speaker coordination, registration page setup, and budget tracking.
- Ensure all virtual programs and associated digital assets adhere to the company's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional look and feel.
