Primary Functions
- Execute all aspects of the company's visual merchandising directives and seasonal strategies with precision to ensure brand consistency across all in-store presentations.
- Skillfully style mannequins, busts, and fixtures with key products, creating compelling and aspirational looks that reflect current trends and highlight promotional stories.
- Implement seasonal floor sets, window installations, and product launches according to detailed planograms and corporate guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Maintain impeccable standards of store presentation and cleanliness through daily floor walks, identifying and addressing any visual maintenance needs promptly.
- Adapt and modify corporate visual plans to suit the specific architecture, layout, and inventory needs of the store while maintaining overall brand integrity.
- Create and maintain visually compelling product zones and "shops-in-shop" that tell a cohesive story and guide the customer's journey through the space.
- Utilize visual merchandising as a strategic tool to drive commercial results, placing best-sellers and key items in high-traffic areas to maximize sales potential.
- Install, update, and maintain all in-store marketing materials and promotional signage, ensuring they are current, correctly placed, and in pristine condition.
- Ensure all in-store lighting is functioning correctly and strategically focused to highlight key products, displays, and architectural features for maximum impact.
- Partner closely with the stock team to understand new inventory arrivals, replenishment flow, and plan for their effective placement and merchandising on the sales floor.
