Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce a high volume of compelling visual assets for all social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring content is optimized for each platform's unique specifications.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative across all touchpoints, from initial awareness to conversion.
  • Design a wide range of marketing and sales collateral, including ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, brochures, and one-pagers that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Create engaging short-form video content and motion graphics (e.g., animated logos, GIFs, social media videos) to enhance our digital storytelling and capture audience attention.
  • Act as a brand steward, meticulously upholding and evolving our visual identity standards across all internal and external-facing materials to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience.
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly graphics and assets for our website, including hero banners, landing page visuals, blog post images, and calls-to-action.
  • Collaborate with the email marketing team to design beautiful and effective email templates, newsletters, and promotional graphics that drive high engagement and click-through rates.
  • Transform complex data and information into clear, compelling, and easy-to-digest infographics and data visualizations for reports and content marketing.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new content formats, campaign visuals, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage a digital asset library, ensuring all creative files are well-organized, version-controlled, and easily accessible to the wider team.
  • Design and format professional and visually impactful slide decks and presentations for sales pitches, internal meetings, and webinars.
  • Translate strategic direction and marketing briefs into powerful visual designs that resonate with our target audience and meet business objectives.
  • Perform photo editing, color correction, and retouching to ensure all imagery used in our marketing materials is of the highest quality and aligns with brand aesthetics.
  • Storyboard and plan visual concepts for video shoots and animation projects, working closely with videographers and other creative partners.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our brand's visual communication fresh, modern, and effective.
  • Prepare and export final design files for both digital and print production, ensuring all technical specifications and requirements are met.

Secondary Functions

  • Support the creation of visual assets for internal communications, including company announcements, training materials, and intranet graphics.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to design visuals for product launches, feature updates, and in-app messaging.

  • Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and a strong command of After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion/video work.
  • UI/UX Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma or Sketch for designing web assets, landing pages, and collaborating with web development teams.
  • Visual Design Principles: A deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition to create visually balanced and impactful designs.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
