Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive visual content strategy that aligns with brand identity, marketing objectives, and audience engagement goals across all platforms.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of visual content creation, from initial brainstorming, storyboarding, and concept development through to production, post-production, and final delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of in-house and freelance creatives, including graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and illustrators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Direct and manage all photo and video shoots, including location scouting, talent sourcing, scheduling, and on-set art direction to ensure alignment with creative briefs.
- Uphold and evolve the company's visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice across all marketing and communication materials.
- Manage the visual content calendar, working closely with marketing, social media, and product teams to plan and schedule content that supports upcoming campaigns and initiatives.
- Conceptualize and produce a wide variety of visual assets, including promotional videos, social media content (reels, stories, graphics), website visuals, email marketing graphics, and sales enablement materials.
- Utilize data and performance analytics (e.g., engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion) to evaluate content effectiveness, identify trends, and inform future creative strategies.
- Manage the departmental budget for content creation, including freelancer costs, software subscriptions, equipment, and production expenses, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Own and manage the company's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring all creative assets are properly organized, tagged, and archived for easy access and repurposing.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for campaigns, storytelling angles, and visual treatments.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on all creative work to ensure it meets brand standards, project objectives, and a high bar for quality.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelance talent, from negotiation and onboarding to project execution and payment.
- Optimize visual content for various channels and formats, understanding the best practices for web, mobile, social media platforms, and email.
- Develop clear and concise creative briefs that effectively communicate project goals, requirements, and expectations to the creative team.
- Ensure all visual content is compliant with legal and accessibility standards, including usage rights for stock imagery, music, and talent.
