Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive and engaging training curricula on visual content creation, covering graphic design, typography, color theory, photography, and video production.

- Manage and curate our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring all creative assets are organized, tagged correctly, and easily accessible.
- Provide specialized training on specific software suites, including the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and collaborative design tools like Figma and Canva.
- Analyze the performance of visual content across different channels to identify patterns and insights that can inform future creative strategies and training focuses.
- Develop assessment tools, rubrics, and certification programs to formally measure and recognize skill development within the creative teams.
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to define requirements for visual data annotation and provide qualitative insights into AI model behavior.
