Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop and execute visually compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, web, and paid advertising, to support brand objectives.
  • Create and design a wide range of marketing assets such as digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, website banners, infographics, brochures, and presentations.
  • Ensure all visual content and marketing materials strictly adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team, including social media managers, content creators, and campaign managers, to align visual strategy with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and meticulously organize the company's digital asset library (DAM), ensuring all creative files are correctly categorized, tagged, and easily accessible for the team.
  • Coordinate and provide creative direction for photoshoots and video shoots, including concept planning, storyboarding, and liaising with external photographers and videographers.
  • Edit and retouch photos and videos to produce high-quality, polished final assets suitable for various marketing channels and specifications.
  • Design and implement visual merchandising strategies for e-commerce platforms, optimizing product imagery and page layouts to enhance user experience and drive sales.
  • Stay current with visual marketing trends, social media aesthetics, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the creative process.
  • Analyze the performance of visual content using platform analytics, reporting on key metrics like engagement and conversion rates to inform future creative strategies.
  • Support the creation of compelling visual narratives and brand stories that resonate deeply with the target audience and effectively communicate the brand's core message.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative production process, from interpreting the initial brief to final asset delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule.
  • Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, and print vendors to manage the production of physical marketing collateral, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain a visual content calendar in close alignment with the overall marketing and editorial schedules to ensure a steady flow of fresh content.
  • Assist in the visual design and layout of company websites, landing pages, and microsites to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and on-brand user journey.
  • Create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok, including basic shooting, editing, and adding motion graphics.
  • Translate abstract marketing strategies and complex campaign briefs into visually engaging concepts and tangible, effective creative assets.
  • Conduct A/B testing on visual elements within digital ads, emails, and landing pages to identify what resonates best with the audience and improves campaign performance.
  • Adapt and resize existing creative assets for various platforms and ad specifications, ensuring optimal display and performance across all devices and channels.
  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for new campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential. Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a significant advantage.
  • Graphic Design Principles: A strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
