Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, forward-thinking visual marketing strategy that aligns with overall brand goals and drives commercial success across all channels, including digital, retail, and print.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and stylists) to produce high-quality, on-brand content.

- Conceptualize and direct the creative execution of all seasonal and evergreen marketing campaigns, from initial mood boards and storyboards to final asset delivery.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of creative production, including the planning and execution of photo shoots, video production, and graphic design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, Product teams, and Sales leadership to ensure visual strategies are fully integrated with product launches, promotional calendars, and business objectives.
- Drive the visual merchandising strategy for both e-commerce platforms and physical retail environments to create an immersive, cohesive, and compelling brand experience that boosts conversion.
- Manage and allocate the visual marketing budget effectively, tracking expenditures and demonstrating a strong return on investment for all creative initiatives.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in design, art, photography, culture, and technology, and translate this knowledge into innovative ideas that keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Lead the art direction for all digital assets, including website content, email marketing campaigns, social media content, and paid digital advertising.
