They are responsible for the entire lifecycle of our visual assets, from conceptualization and creation to organization and distribution. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is pivotal in translating our brand strategy into compelling visual stories that engage our target audience, elevate our brand presence, and drive marketing objectives across a multitude of channels. Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging video content for various platforms, including social media (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), websites, and internal communications.
- Capture compelling photography for product showcases, company events, marketing campaigns, and employee headshots, ensuring a high standard of quality and brand alignment.
- Design and produce a wide range of digital and print graphics, including social media posts, web banners, email marketing visuals, infographics, brochures, and event signage.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive visual content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure a consistent and strategic pipeline of assets.
- Own the entire post-production process for video and photo content, including editing, color correction, sound mixing, and adding motion graphics or text overlays.
- Uphold and enforce the company's visual brand guidelines across all media to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand identity.
- Manage, organize, and maintain the company’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring all media files are properly tagged, archived, and easily accessible to relevant teams.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and product teams to brainstorm and develop visual concepts that support specific campaign goals and storytelling initiatives.
- Stay rigorously up-to-date with the latest visual media trends, social media platform changes, design techniques, and emerging technologies to keep our content fresh and innovative.
- Prepare and optimize all visual assets for different channels, understanding the unique specifications and best practices for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and our company website.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of photo and video shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, equipment management, and directing talent or subjects.
- Repurpose and reformat existing visual content into new assets (e.g., turning a long-form video into social clips, GIFs, or static quote graphics) to maximize its value.
- Analyze the performance of visual content using platform analytics, tracking key metrics like engagement, reach, and conversion to inform future creative strategies.
- Create and edit motion graphics and simple animations to enhance video content and create dynamic advertisements.
- Provide creative and technical support for live-streamed events, webinars, and virtual meetings, ensuring a professional visual and audio experience.
Secondary Functions
- Support the wider marketing team by designing and formatting internal and external presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides) to ensure they are visually engaging and on-brand.
- Liaise with external vendors, such as freelance creators, printers, and agencies, to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.
- Assist with basic content updates on the company’s website or CMS, such as replacing banner images, updating photo galleries, and embedding videos.
- Monitor social media and other online channels for relevant User-Generated Content (UGC), and manage the process of obtaining rights for its use.

- Photography & Videography: Strong practical skills in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
