Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Spearhead the design, development, and regular review of innovative, industry-aligned vocational curricula and learning materials to ensure they meet both student needs and current market demands.

- Ensure all vocational education and training activities and documentation strictly adhere to national standards, regulatory body requirements (e.g., ASQA, TEQSA), and internal quality assurance policies.
- Develop, implement, and validate robust assessment strategies and tools, including competency-based and project-based assessments, to accurately measure student learning and practical skill acquisition.

- Coordinate the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and credit transfer application process, thoroughly assessing evidence provided by applicants against the requirements of the qualification.
