Primary Functions

- Guide clients step-by-step through the entire job application process, offering hands-on assistance with creating online profiles, completing applications, and tailoring submissions for specific roles.

- Manage a diverse and dynamic caseload of clients, ensuring timely follow-up, consistent support, and accurate record-keeping for all interactions and milestones.

- Develop and continuously update a comprehensive resource library of community services, educational programs, vocational training, and other supports that can assist clients.
- Mediate discussions and resolve potential conflicts between clients and employers to preserve positive working relationships and support job retention.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, attending conferences, webinars, and trainings to stay current with best practices in career counseling, workforce development, and vocational rehabilitation.

Secondary Functions
