Primary Functions

  • Direct the complete program lifecycle, from strategic design and curriculum development to implementation, daily management, and comprehensive evaluation.

  • Author, submit, and manage complex grant proposals, and ensure meticulous compliance with all reporting requirements for federal, state, and private funding sources.
  • Establish and cultivate robust, strategic partnerships with local employers, industry associations, and community organizations to ensure curriculum relevance and create pipelines for student internships and employment.
  • Spearhead student recruitment, enrollment, and retention initiatives, implementing data-driven strategies to meet or exceed programmatic goals and ensure a vibrant student body.
  • Design and implement sophisticated systems for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including enrollment, persistence, completion, certification, and job placement rates.
  • Ensure all programs maintain strict compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations, as well as the standards set by accrediting bodies and licensing agencies.
  • Lead the ongoing process of curriculum review and enhancement, integrating feedback from industry advisory boards, labor market data, and student outcomes to maintain program excellence.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational logistics of all vocational programs, including class scheduling, facility usage, and the maintenance of instructional equipment and technology.
  • Act as the primary advocate and spokesperson for the vocational programs, effectively communicating their value and impact to internal leadership, external partners, and the wider community.
  • Conduct regular, in-depth needs assessments of the local labor market to identify emerging industries and skill gaps, guiding the development of new, in-demand training programs.
  • Develop and enforce program policies and procedures that create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment conducive to adult learning and professional growth.

Experience Requirements
