Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive volunteer recruitment strategy to attract a diverse and qualified pool of volunteers that meets programmatic needs.
  • Develop and conduct engaging orientation and training sessions to equip volunteers with the necessary skills, knowledge, and understanding of the organization's mission and policies.
