Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and implement a strategic volunteer recruitment plan using job boards, community partnerships, social media, corporate volunteer programs, faith-based networks, schools, and referral programs to attract a diverse, qualified volunteer pool aligned with organizational priorities.

- Partner with program managers and departmental leads to identify volunteer capacity needs, define measurable outcomes for volunteer roles, and ensure alignment of volunteer activities with program goals and service delivery standards.
- Manage volunteer logistics for special events, signature fundraisers, outreach campaigns, and recurring programs—coordinating check-in systems, materials, transportation, hospitality, and site maps to ensure smooth volunteer experiences.
