Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies using online platforms, community outreach, and partnerships to attract a diverse and committed volunteer base.

- Collaborate closely with program managers and department heads to deeply understand their needs, identify volunteer opportunities, and craft clear, compelling volunteer role descriptions.
- Conduct regular check-ins, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate performance conversations with volunteers to support their development and ensure a positive experience.
- Proactively and professionally mediate and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise involving volunteers, ensuring a fair, respectful, and confidential process.
