Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Build and manage a book of business by prospecting, networking, and converting referrals to onboard new high-net-worth and mass-affluent clients while consistently meeting AUM and revenue growth targets.

  • Maintain deep product knowledge across mutual funds, ETFs, separately managed accounts (SMAs), private placements, alternative investments, structured products, and discretionary mandates to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards; maintain accurate client records, transaction documentation, and disclosures to satisfy FINRA, SEC, FCA, or applicable regional regulators.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries, deliver exceptional service through proactive outreach, and respond to portfolio or market-related concerns with timely, well-documented guidance.
  • Drive client retention and growth by executing periodic review meetings, identifying cross-sell opportunities (insurance, credit, trust services), and creating action plans to address evolving client needs.
