Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Coordinate data-sharing agreements and secure data transfers with external partners (healthcare providers, workforce agencies, housing authorities) to enable integrated service delivery and outcome measurement, ensuring HIPAA and data privacy compliance.

  • Serve as liaison between operations and IT to translate business requirements for eligibility workflows into functional specifications, prioritize backlog items, and clarify acceptance criteria for system enhancements.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

  • Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA), Social Work (MSW), Public Policy, Statistics, Data Analytics, or similar.
