Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive workplace wellness strategy that includes physical activity, nutrition education, stress management, mental health support, smoking cessation, chronic disease prevention, and preventive screenings to improve employee health outcomes and participation rates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and internal champion for wellness initiatives, communicating program objectives and benefits to leadership, managers, and employees to drive enrollment and sustained engagement.

  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships for biometric screenings, flu clinics, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), mental health platforms, fitness providers, and nutrition counseling services, ensuring quality delivery, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute wellness events and campaigns (e.g., wellness challenges, health fairs, step competitions, mental health awareness weeks) that increase participation, foster community, and align with company culture and business rhythms.
  • Create and maintain multi-channel wellness communications—email newsletters, intranet content, posters, social media posts, and LMS modules—optimized for engagement and clarity; use A/B testing and analytics to iteratively improve messaging.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
