Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions

- Optimize digital wellness platforms and mobile apps by partnering with IT and vendors to implement integrations (single sign-on, claims data, HRIS sync), improve user experience, and automate participant journeys.
- Create and monitor quality assurance standards for wellness program delivery, including facilitator certification, content review cycles, and participant feedback loops to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Drive population health initiatives addressing chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, behavioral health) by coordinating multidisciplinary care pathways, provider partnerships, and condition-specific curricula.

Minimum Education:
