- Conduct and standardize comprehensive fitness assessments (movement screens, VO2/functional tests, body composition analysis, strength benchmarks) and translate assessment data into personalized exercise prescriptions and measurable 4–12 week plans.
- Lead, schedule, and teach group fitness classes and small-group training sessions; ensure curriculum consistency, maintain class pacing, and adapt exercises to maintain safety and inclusivity for all fitness levels.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a team of trainers and instructors; develop training curricula, shadowing programs, continuing education plans, and certification tracking to maintain high program quality and compliance.
- Build and manage a structured client intake and retention process including follow-up workflows, goal-setting consultations, progress tracking, and automated communications to optimize conversion and long-term member engagement.
- Create and maintain program documentation: SOPs, class plans, warm-ups/cool-downs, progression ladders, equipment checklists, and emergency response protocols to ensure consistent delivery across shifts and instructors.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop program launch plans, promotional campaigns, email sequences, site copy, and social content that drive enrollment, class attendance, and digital program sign-ups.

- Manage daily operational logistics for programming — facility scheduling, instructor coverage, equipment inventory, space setup, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality class delivery and member experience.
- Design and run special initiatives and challenges (12-week transformations, seasonal bootcamps, corporate wellness series) including timelines, pricing models, participant on-boarding, and outcome measurement.
