Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Lead end-to-end Xenon program implementations for enterprise clients, owning the program plan, timeline, milestones, resource allocation, and financial tracking to ensure successful delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing consultant, building trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, technical leads, and third-party vendors to align objectives and priorities.

  • Lead integration and API design efforts for connecting Xenon to upstream/downstream systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, data warehouses), defining data mapping, transformation, error handling, and reconciliation processes.
  • Plan and execute data migration strategies including source system analysis, extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning to minimize business disruption.
  • Drive functional and integration testing strategies (unit, integration, regression, UAT), coordinate test plans, manage defects through resolution, and certify readiness for production go-live.
  • Manage change control and scope management processes, evaluate change requests for impact on timeline, cost and quality, and negotiate trade-offs with stakeholders to preserve program success.
  • Implement risk management frameworks across the program, proactively identify and mitigate delivery, technical, and organizational risks, and maintain a risk register and mitigation plans.
  • Configure Xenon platform modules and features to meet client-specific business processes, applying best practices and tailoring where necessary to achieve business value.
  • Coach and mentor on-site and remote implementation teams, junior consultants, and client power-users on delivery methodologies, platform capabilities, and professional services best practices.

  • Apply Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall as appropriate) to adapt delivery cadence to client needs, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.
  • Drive process improvement and operational readiness initiatives with client stakeholders, recommending changes to business processes, organizational roles, and governance to maximize Xenon impact.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface customer feedback, prioritize platform enhancements, validate feature behavior and advocate for product improvements.
  • Prepare and manage program budgets and forecasts, track actuals vs plan, control billable resource usage, and ensure the commercial success of professional services engagements.
  • Support procurement, contract review and compliance checks when onboarding clients or third-party partners, ensuring alignment with legal, security, and privacy requirements (GDPR, SOC2 where applicable).
