Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead end-to-end Xenon program implementations for enterprise clients, owning the program plan, timeline, milestones, resource allocation, and financial tracking to ensure successful delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.
- Serve as the primary client-facing consultant, building trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, technical leads, and third-party vendors to align objectives and priorities.
