Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of the Xenon program portfolio, establishing work breakdown structures, defining milestones, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements.

  • Ensure regulatory, legal, and safety compliance for all program activities (including environmental, hazardous materials, facility safety, and industry-specific regulations), coordinating audits and corrective action plans as required.
  • Define program-level KPIs and performance metrics, develop dashboards and executive reports, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead configuration and change control activities: evaluate scope change requests, quantify impacts on schedule and budget, and obtain appropriate approvals before implementation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile principles to reduce waste, increase throughput, and improve quality and predictability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional integration and system-level testing plans, oversee test execution and defect triage, and ensure issues are resolved in collaboration with engineering and QA teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation (program plans, requirements traceability, design reviews, test reports, and closeout packages) to support audits and knowledge transfer.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communications across internal and external audiences, manage expectations, and act as the primary point-of-contact for executive stakeholders and customers.
  • Plan and execute resource capacity planning and workforce development strategies, ensuring the program has the right skills at the right time through hiring, training, and contractor management.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
