Primary Functions

  • Maintain inventory and condition of yoga equipment and studio supplies; perform routine inspections, arrange repairs or replacements, and manage procurement to avoid class disruptions.
  • Administer participant intake and pre-class screening (medical history, pregnancy, injuries), and maintain confidential records that inform safe modifications and instructor briefings.
  • Track attendance, participant progress indicators, retention metrics, and basic program KPIs; prepare weekly reports for program coordinators to inform scheduling, outreach, and curriculum adjustments.
